Questions
- What counts as a response?
- One answer to your question, from any source: snippet, API, form, CSV row or a backfilled CRM record. Re-classifying or correcting an answer doesn't count again.
- Is the AI an add-on?
- No. Some survey tools charge extra for AI categorisation (Fairing's Advanced Attribution started at $99/month when we checked in October 2026). In Rumorly classification is the product, so every plan includes it.
- What happens at the monthly limit?
- New answers over the limit are refused with a clear error until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade. Answers you already have stay classified and in your reports.
- Do you need write access to Stripe?
- No. You paste a restricted key with read-only access to customers and subscriptions. Rumorly refuses full secret keys.
- What about HubSpot?
- Attio is first. HubSpot is next on the roadmap. Until then, the REST API and CSV export work with any CRM.
- How does the trial work?
- Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Growth trial, no card needed. When it ends the workspace drops to Free and keeps all its data; choose a plan whenever you want the paid features back.
