Refund and cancellation policy

Trials

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of the Growth plan. No card is needed, so nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you've chosen a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

Paid plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to your plan until the end of the month you've already paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan with your data intact.

Refunds

If Rumorly isn't working for you, write to hello@rumorly.io within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund that charge. After that, refunds are at our discretion, for example if a change on our side materially reduced what your plan includes (see section 8 of the terms). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
