Rumorly vs HockeyStack

HockeyStack maps self-reported answers into channels with rules you write, inside a multi-touch suite. Rumorly classifies them for you, down to the named source, and joins Stripe.

What HockeyStack does

HockeyStack is a B2B revenue-attribution platform: account-level journeys, multi-touch models, revenue to closed-won. Self-reported attribution is one input. It doesn't collect the answer; it reads a form or CRM field, and you map answers into a "Unified Channel" with OR / regex rules. Pricing is custom and sales-led.

Where Rumorly is different

  • No rules to write. Free text like "my cofounder's old boss mentioned you at a dinner" doesn't regex well. Rumorly classifies each answer with a model, falls back to rules for the obvious ones, and asks you only about names it hasn't seen.
  • Named sources. "Podcast" is the channel; "SaaS Club, episode 412" is the entity. Reports work at both levels.
  • Self-serve and small. Connect Attio and Stripe yourself, today, from $49 a month. No demo call.
  • Narrow on purpose. Rumorly doesn't do multi-touch modelling, visitor identification or ad-platform syncs. If you need those, an attribution suite is the right tool, and Rumorly can sit next to it, writing clean self-reported values into the CRM it reads.

Choose HockeyStack if

You have a marketing ops team, several paid channels to reconcile, and budget for a platform.

Choose Rumorly if

Most of your growth is founder-led, content-led or word of mouth, and the question is "which of those actually pays?"
