Subprocessors
Last updated 22 October 2026
These companies process personal data for us when we provide Rumorly. We'll announce changes here at least 30 days before they take effect.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data | Location | Transfer basis | |---|---|---|---|---| | Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL | Hosting, database, backups | All service data | EU (Frankfurt) | — | | Anthropic, PBC | AI classification of answer text (Claude Haiku) | Answer text only, without respondent identifiers | US | SCCs | | Stripe, Inc. | Billing for Rumorly subscriptions | Account owner's billing details | US / EU | SCCs | | Resend, Inc. | Transactional email (sign-in, digests) | Recipient email, email content | US | SCCs |
Integrations you connect
These are not our subprocessors: they're your own accounts, which you authorise Rumorly to read or write.
| Service | What Rumorly does |
|---|---|
| Attio | Reads the field you choose; writes rumorly_channel, rumorly_entity, rumorly_raw |
| Stripe (your account) | Reads customers and subscriptions with a read-only restricted key |
| Tally, Typeform, Webflow, Framer | Receives form submissions you send to your Rumorly webhook URL |
Under evaluation
We're evaluating running Claude through AWS Bedrock in the EU (which would remove the US transfer for classification) and a specialised classification provider. Neither processes customer data today; both would be added here with notice first.
